Barbara has been a successful, top producing full-time REALTOR for the past 37 years and has easily sold over 1,000 homes. Barbara’s commitment to her clients, her extensive local knowledge and “people skills” make her standout from other REALTORS. She understands her client’s wants and needs and brings the diligence, patience, good humor and most importantly good communication/negotiation skills to the table. She is highly respected within the real estate community, her colleagues and clients. Many of her clients have done multiple transactions with her and their referrals are a large source of Barbara’s business. Barbara was born and raised in North Branford and her primary area of expertise is the Greater New Haven/Middlesex county area. Her knowledge of the area is unsurpassed. On a personal note, as a single Mom, Barbara raised a family of 4 children. They have all had children of their own and she enjoys watching them and participating in their lives. Barbara has always been an animal lover and has had many pets including dogs, cats, exotic birds, reptiles and has rehabilitated wild birds. Through her daughters has come to love horses and caring for them. But her most favorite thing is to start her day with her two Labs, Coalby and Kate and take them out on a long walk. When not working, Barbara enjoys spending time with her grandkids, cooking up gourmet meals in her new kitchen and watching the sunset from her back deck.
